Growing Green Leadership is a new pilot clergy formation initiative for Episcopal clergy in EcoRegion One who seek to deepen their spiritual grounding while strengthening their leadership capacity in a climate-changed world.
This six-month cohort experience is designed to equip clergy with practical leadership skills, theological integration, and peer support for ministry in a time marked by climate disruption, social fragmentation, and institutional complexity.
Participants will engage in spiritual formation, leadership development, and regional relationship-building through retreats and monthly online gatherings, cultivating the tools and resilience needed to lead faithfully and effectively in their congregations and communities.
Applications are closed for the 2026 cohort
